Learn with one of the best in Marcelo “Bob” Lucena who has trained and competed with some of the best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners in world. Born and raised in the “birthplace of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu”, Professor Bob grew up with some of the legends of the sport. When not teaching his students at his academy, Professor Bob competes as a high-level black belt in many tournaments in the area including the IBJJF World Master in Las Vegas.
A BJJ instructor has to be constantly learning things and keeping up to date on new techniques being developed so that they can teach their students how to use and defend these techniques.
Mission Jiu Jitsu was created with one simple concept in mind – to teach adults and kids an extremely effective and useful martial art and have fun while doing it! All ages and skill levels are welcome. From the ultra competitive athlete to “soccer moms” looking to learn self defense. We treat each and every one of our students like family!
